Smilie Filomeno Rodriguez, MSW is an Empowerment Coach, Leadership Speaker, and the heart behind Smilie Empowerment LLC, Smilie helps people rediscover their potential, lead with heart, and create lives that reflect who they are truly meant to be.
With 30+ years in social work, mentoring, and advocacy, she has guided individuals and communities through trauma, burnout, and identity challenges—helping them reclaim clarity, confidence, and purpose.
In 2023, Smilie left her 9–5 to fully step into her purpose, founding Smilie Empowerment and Boss Chicas Club. She blends mindset transformation, emotional awareness, and community support to help people grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. She’s also the creator of Smilie Empowerment Journals, designed to foster reflection, intentional action, and daily empowerment.
Known for her honesty, compassion, and culturally rooted perspective, Smilie inspires people to believe in themselves, embrace growth, and lead with heart—no matter where they start.
